I am so happy with the product. I have been looking for a different quality of cast iron pot other than the normal black cast iron which retains heat, easy to clean and doesn't burn food. I have used this casserole numerous times since buying it and even order the cookware set which I have also used with full satisfaction. Just a reminder to those buying it, as it retains heat and gets very hot, there is no need to cook on high settings which will also prevent your food from sticking at the bottom and burn

Order accuracy

Please make sure your mobile number, email address, and delivery address are all correct at checkout. If delivery fails because of incorrect contact information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any extra costs incurred.

If an order is cancelled after a failed delivery caused by incorrect customer details, we deduct 7% from the total order amount as a processing fee, or the customer can choose a full-value voucher for future orders.

Returns & return shipping

Due to the cost of express delivery in South Africa, we do not provide free return shipping. If you decide to return goods, both the original send-out and the return shipping charges are deducted from the refund. For details see our return and refund policy.
