Big5 Cookware Factory Shop Lay-by Flow

**If you choose a 90-day Lay-by plan, before you start, please note that if you decide to cancel the lay-by after making the first installment, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the total paid amount (with a minimum cancellation charge of no less than R50). 

Step 1

Customer place the order in Big5 Cookware Factory Shop and choose 'lay-by' as the payment method when checkout.

Step 2

First payment - We require at least 30% deposit for the first payment.

Step 3

Big5 team will lock the lay-by stock.

Step 4

Customer needs to complete the remaining balance within 90 days from the date of lay-by.

Step 5

Courier will deliver the order to the customer.
