You will be guided into the page of tracking, and please input your order number, which should be FB?????NW (the order number you received from email or SMS). After that please click the TRACK button.
You will then able to see your order's status like below sample.
If you see the message 'We were unable to retrieve tracking information for 'FB????NW'. Please try again later.'
Please make sure you used the correct order number;
Or this could be we haven't dispatched our order yet. Please kindly note we will need 1-5 working days to pack and dispatch your order. After we dispatched your parcels, our system will automatically send you tracking details via SMS or Email (Please make sure your contact details are correct). Thereafter you may track the order by the link we provided, however delivery status may take some time to reflect in the courier's tracking system. Your patience is highly appreciated.
